Playboy Promises

Apart from the obvious magazine complaints that the August Issue of any magazine is made available within the fist week of July - especially technology magazines where the information is already outdated before the magazine is published (so why further outdate it by adding a month?) - I am puzzled by the odd promises made on the front cover in order to drive sales.

The latest issue of Playboy (August '07 - issued on July 6th) promises "Small-Town Triplets: 300% Nudity" and "Actress Garcelle Beauvais Rocks the Camera, Naked."

Well, all I can say is, "I hope so!"  Its Playboy for goodness sake.  If there wasn't good, clean, wholesome nudity, what is the point?  If it were "for the articles" the cover would promise something different, no?
